FAQs

We’ve answered a few common questions to help you get a sense of our workflow and plan with ease.

What’s included in the rental?

Your rental includes a limited set of tables and chairs, which covers most event sizes, and your window includes setup and breakdown time. Anything beyond that, such as floral services, decorations or valet parking, is arranged separately.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes. Tell us about your vendors ahead of time in the inquiry form so we can confirm they have access to the space and meet our insurance and access requirements.

What food and drink arrangements are allowed?

Catering is welcome, and alcohol service is allowed, which we can provide through Jon Basíl Tequila. Tell us about your catering plans in the inquiry form, including any kitchen setup or use of the kitchen space you’ll need, so we can plan around it.

When is my date confirmed?

Your date is confirmed once your agreement is signed and your deposit is received. Holds before then depend on availability and your timeline.

Can we tour the space first?

Yes, absolutely. Once our team has reviewed your inquiry, we’ll let you know if a call or tour makes sense and send a private scheduling link.
